If you wish to initiate a return, you can request a return label by submitting our Return Form (US/CA - Rest of the World). The submission is typically reviewed within 48 business hours.

If your return is approved, you will receive an email with your return label and instructions. Please ensure your item is eligible under our return policy, and remember that all eligible items must be within the 100-day guarantee period. Do note that for approved return requests, a standard fee of 4.99 will apply, in addition to any shipping fees paid during the purchase.

Upon receiving the return package at our warehouse, it will undergo an inspection. After which, the refund process will begin. The refund amount, less the shipping fees, will be credited to your original payment method. This process can take up to 30 calendar days, and you will be notified with a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

If you have submitted a return request and have not received a response or the return label within the expected time frame, it is recommended to check your email inbox and spam folder. Also, please whitelist our email to prevent communication delays.
