Insert the Hot & Cold Eye Mask (room temperature) into the included cotton bag and then place it into the microwave (without touching the sides). Heat it to max power (1000W) for 30 seconds. Make sure that any other microwave functions are turned off.If it has not reached the desired temperature, you can reheat it. Check if any part’s temperature is too high (generally on the edges) and knead it to make the temperature even, then rotate 180º and heat it for 10 seconds intervals.
