You can use it to relieve your stress or as your simple warm companion. Or when you need to relieve pain or when you need to warm up or cool down. We like to use it as a hugging pillow or before bedtime to warm your feet. Above all, to take care of

For how long can I use Heatbag?

You can use it as long as you wish, but we highly recommend to use it for a period of 45 minutes at a time, allowing your skin temperature to go back to normal before using it again. You can use it several times a day.

How to heat or cold the Heatbad?

Place the clay bag in the microwave and heat it to maximum power (check your microwave specifications): 800W for 60 seconds, or 1000W for 55 seconds. Always heat it while it is at room temperature, never from frozen. Make sure that any additional mic

What is the maximum temperature that Heatbag can reach?

It can reach a maximum temperature of around 60º. Heatbag will remain hot or cold for approximately 120 minutes, depending on variables such as air temperature.

How long will it take to notice the benefits of using Heatbag?

You will feel heat and comfort immediately when you use Heatbag. You'll notice that it will take some time to warm up because of its cover, but the heat is durable, because thanks to the clay core and outer cover it will be released naturally longer

How to use your Heatbag correctly

Before using Heatbag, carefully examine the inner core before each use. Please discard the pad if the core shows any signs of deterioration, damage or leakage. Make sure that you always use the pad with the cover properly fitted and the zipper closed

Can I use Heatbag to warm kids or animals?

We highly not recommend to use Heatbag to warm individuals, not just kids, but any person who is not sensitive to heat or not able to communicate, as they could not perceive any possible injury caused by the heating.

Can I fold or roll up Heatbag?

Yes you can adapt it to the desire shape you need.

Can I lay on the heating pad or use it like a pillow?

Yes, you can. However, do not put too much heavy weight on it while using or storing it. That could damage it irreparably.

Can I use Heatbag to warm other things?

We highly not recommend to use Heatbag in ways we have not designed it, as we don´t know the possible effects it could have.

What can I do if Heatbag is too warm?

You can take the filling out of the case and wait for it to lower in temperature, checking it regularly until it gets to your desired temperature.

Can I carry Heatbag in the plane?

All liquid are prohibited from carry-ons unless they’re in containers of 3.4 ounces or less. Unfortunately, our clay bag is over that.

How to use the heatbag if I don't have a microwave?

You can immerse the heatbag inside a big pot. Make sure that the heatbag doesn't touch the sides or the bottom of the pot. The pot needs to be big enough to immerse the whole heatbag and water should be already boiling. Leave if inside for no more th
