It can reach a maximum temperature of around 60º. Heatbag will remain hot or cold for approximately 120 minutes, depending on variables such as air temperature.
You will feel heat and comfort immediately when you use Heatbag. You'll notice that it will take some time to warm up because of its cover, but the heat is durable, because thanks to the clay core and outer cover it will be released naturally longer
Before using Heatbag, carefully examine the inner core before each use. Please discard the pad if the core shows any signs of deterioration, damage or leakage. Make sure that you always use the pad with the cover properly fitted and the zipper closed
We highly not recommend to use Heatbag to warm individuals, not just kids, but any person who is not sensitive to heat or not able to communicate, as they could not perceive any possible injury caused by the heating.

Yes, you can. However, do not put too much heavy weight on it while using or storing it. That could damage it irreparably.
We highly not recommend to use Heatbag in ways we have not designed it, as we don´t know the possible effects it could have.
You can take the filling out of the case and wait for it to lower in temperature, checking it regularly until it gets to your desired temperature.
All liquid are prohibited from carry-ons unless they’re in containers of 3.4 ounces or less. Unfortunately, our clay bag is over that.
You can immerse the heatbag inside a big pot. Make sure that the heatbag doesn't touch the sides or the bottom of the pot. The pot needs to be big enough to immerse the whole heatbag and water should be already boiling. Leave if inside for no more th
