Once delivery is confirmed to the specified address, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. We are not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.  

We recommend the following steps to avoid any frustrations:

Delivery Instructions: Provide specific delivery instructions after placing your order, such as leaving the package in a specified location (e.g., behind a gate, under a porch, etc.) where it is less likely to be noticed by potential thieves.

Secure Delivery Address: If possible, provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package, such as a workplace or a trusted neighbor's house.

Stay Informed: Keep track of your deliveries and monitor their progress through tracking information provided by the carrier. This way, you can be aware of when to expect a delivery and take appropriate action to secure it.
